Our Projects
Over the past 3 years we've spent our time turned buildings into living spaces and the new families we meet turn these living spaces into a home. Thank you so much to all our hardworking team, we couldn't have done it without you.
120 E 15th Street New Albany, IN 47150
Our first project was 15th street, this project is what ignited the passion and made everything we've done today possible.
105 E St. Catherine Street, Louisville, Ky, 40203
This is our largest project to date. This 5-plex in downtown was our first encounter with rehabbing apartment buildings. This project was going on in the background during some of the other flips you see on this page.
2611 Grinstead Drive Louisville, Ky 40206
Grinstead was a beautiful home that we are still incredibly proud of to date. In this house a lot of what we've learned from other projects came together for a wonderful house and flipping experience.
Buckeye Drive New Albany, IN
In a lovely area Buckeye is another project that our experience was felt during, this project seemed to fly past with relative ease thanks to our hard working team and diligent planning.
1314 ekin ave New Albany, IN
Ekin was a complete gut, a project management company was working on it before we got a hold. This project was another positive low-stress flip.
1316 Ekin Ave New Albany, IN
We got this ekin project (which is the neighbor of the previous one) in a deal with the project management company. This was another great experience thanks to our hard working team.
1655 Garretson Ln New Albany IN
This beautiful property was from a family friend, this was a family house that was to be treated with the utmost respect. This house is one that we look back on and feel great pride in.
7109 Woodrow Way Louisville, Ky
It was a hidden treasure in a high desire area. This was a dated 1950's home.
617 Utica Sellersburg Rd Jeffersonville, IN
This was our most recent project and we absolutely loved working one it, everything came together so well at the end. Our prior experience really shines through and this is one of our favorite projects!
